Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant
Location: London | Hybrid Working Markets: Sales, Marketing & Digital
We’re hiring a Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant to join one of the specialist brands within 11 Investments, delivering exceptional talent solutions for both the UK and US across commercial and consulting markets. The Role
As a Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll excel as a 360° recruitment expert by taking ownership of:
- Client & Candidate Experience: Building and maintaining a high-caliber network of clients/candidates
- Business Development: Growing new business while expanding existing accounts
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Managing all aspects—from sourcing to hire—with a client-centric mindset
- Strategic Negotiation: Leading complex stakeholders to close high-value deals
- Market Leadership: Positioning yourself as a thought leader and trusted advisor in your sector
- Collaborative Growth: Working with your team to achieve rigorous commercial targets
- Mentoring Culture: Guiding and supporting junior consultants
- Brand Ambassadorship: Reflecting and promoting the 11 Investments brand reputation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Success: A strong and verifiable 360° recruitment track record in an agency environment
- Revenue Leadership: Consistently deliver pace-setting individual/team revenue (performance metrics encouraged)
- Relationship Skills: Second-to-none conversational and commercial presence
- Self-Drive & Accountability: Autonomous mindset with a results-oriented approach
