Lead Contract Recruiter / Principal Recruiter
Manchester (Hybrid) 💰 £25,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and growing client relationships
- Winning and managing recruitment opportunities
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Building specialist talent pipelines
- Delivering an outstanding candidate and client experience
What We're Looking For
- Recruitment experience within an agency environment
- Commercially minded and motivated by success
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative approach and team-first mentality
- Ambition to develop professionally and take on greater responsibility
