Role Objectives
With a consultative, advisory approach, the role balances thought leadership with high-touch client relationships, resulting in long-term partnerships.
This position handles full 360-recruitment, encompassing both sales and recruitment activities—driving measurable financial outcomes for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
- Directly (and indirectly) improve revenue and profit margins within your assigned market segment
- Outperform competitors through dedication, energy, purpose, and commitment

Account-Based Selling
- Increase existing customer spend through cross-sell/up-sell strategies
- Build rapid, mutually beneficial relationships with Finance & IT professionals
Network Expansion
- Act as a knowledge broker and connector, expanding your professional network
- Facilitate candidate and client meetings, sourcing valuable talent for high-demand roles
- Organise relevant networking events across FinTech, Business Technology, and Transformation
Marketing & Brand Propagation
- Develop and distribute purposeful marketing materials to engage target markets
Intelligence & Strategy
- Research and share industry insights, trends, and future-proof tech growth strategies
