Role Objectives

With a consultative, advisory approach, the role balances thought leadership with high-touch client relationships, resulting in long-term partnerships.

This position handles full 360-recruitment, encompassing both sales and recruitment activities—driving measurable financial outcomes for the business.

Account-Based Selling

  • Increase existing customer spend through cross-sell/up-sell strategies
  • Build rapid, mutually beneficial relationships with Finance & IT professionals

Network Expansion

  • Act as a knowledge broker and connector, expanding your professional network
  • Facilitate candidate and client meetings, sourcing valuable talent for high-demand roles
  • Organise relevant networking events across FinTech, Business Technology, and Transformation

Marketing & Brand Propagation

  • Develop and distribute purposeful marketing materials to engage target markets
