360° Recruiter (Tech & Financial Services)

A mid-sized FinTech recruitment company based in London, servicing clients globally.
The Role
You will work in a 360-recruitment team within a tech-focused recruitment company.
- This is a 360° recruitment role
- You can leverage your existing market experiences and client networks
- Opportunity to support existing business and gain early access to roles

The Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment agency experience (similar to outsourced staffing roles).
- Must have existing clients to work with and be open to business development (BD) for the 360° desk.
- Technical recruitment experience (preferably in contract or perm placements).
- Ideal candidates will have financial services experience (e.g., banking, FinTech, technology, financial services).
- Willingness to work a hybrid model (office + remote).
