Launch Education is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead the development of our Further Education & Colleges division.
This is more than just another recruitment role. You'll have the opportunity to build a specialist market with the full backing of our Directors, working in a collaborative, high-performing environment where your ideas are valued and your success is rewarded.
If you have at least 2 years' recruitment experience, a proven billing history, and the drive to build long-term client relationships, we'd love to speak with you.

The role
As our Senior Recruitment Consultant for Further Education, you'll take ownership of developing relationships with colleges and FE providers across the UK, building a profitable desk while delivering an exceptional recruitment service.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities within the Further Education sector.
- Building long-term partnerships with colleges and education providers.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
- Sourcing and placing high-quality education professionals into permanent and fixed-term roles.
- Growing your own specialist market while contributing to the wider success of the business.
- Working closely with the Directors to help shape the future of our FE division.

What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience (education recruitment preferred but not essential).
- A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded, ambitious and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team while taking ownership of their own success.
