We partner with leading consultancies, software vendors, and end-user organisations globally, helping them secure the talent required to drive business transformation and growth.
As we continue to expand our international presence, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, from business development through to placement and post-placement support
- Identify new business opportunities through:
- Networking
- Market mapping
- Referrals
- Outbound sales activity
- Conduct client meetings to:
- Understand hiring requirements
- Provide strategic recruitment advice
- Source, engage, and qualify high-calibre professionals within our specialist market
- Manage:
- Candidate interviews
- Assessments
- Offer negotiations
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue and performance targets
- Mentor and support junior consultants where appropriate
- Represent Henderson Drake professionally across:
- Industry events
- Networking activities
- Online platforms

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
- Recruitment
- Executive search
- Specialist staffing
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding billing targets
- Experience recruiting in the EPM market is desirable but not essential
- Strong business development and client management experience
- Excellent:
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Relationship-building skills
- Ability to:
- Manage multiple assignments
- Prioritise tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially focused
- Experience working in:
- Candidate-short markets
- Specialist niche sectors
