Senior Recruitment Consultant

Tech Recruitment Consultant – 360 IT Recruitment & Business Development Role

About The Company

A very well-established and long-standing professional services and tech agency with a nationwide presence is urgently hiring a Tech Recruitment Consultant.

  • Based in London
  • Hybrid model: 2 days in-office, remaining days from home
  • Strong team culture with 26 days’ starting annual leave, along with bank holidays

The firm operates as part of a larger group with growth investment, boasting a high billing team, in-house management support, and a down-to-earth but professional team environment.


The Role

A 360 IT Recruitment Role / Business Development position. You’ll have the flexibility to focus on either sourcing, BD (Business Development), or both, as resourcing support is provided by strong in-house resources (2 current tech delivery consultants).

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-sell tech recruitment to their 300+ existing clients—currently hiring only professional roles (non-tech)
  • Desk coverage in a dual-desk hybrid environment
  • Leverage a strong pipeline of large RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) accounts for client growth
  • engage in proposal presentations to secure new tech recruitment methodologies
  • Collaborate with estimates of 200–300 active clients, including clients of all sectors nationwide
  • Work in a fast-paced, contingent environment with high client expectations

Requirements

Experience

✔ Proven 360 IT recruitment expertise—minimum 2 years’ experience focused on median to wide-ranging tech roles (not narrow verticals) ✔ Experience in hiring all technical levels (from Consultant to Principal territories) ✔ Must enjoy proactive Business Development (BD) and UK market engagement ✔ Fast-paced contingent recruitment experience—comfortable handling dynamic workloads ✔ Strong LinkedIn networking & recruitment marketing skills ✔ Preference for face-to-face client experience, including proposal presentations for large clients
