Senior Recruitment Consultant - MCS Group, Belfast

We're seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic, high-performing team in Belfast. You'll bring proven recruitment experience, a track record of delivering results, and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your Responsibilities
- Candidate management: Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent within your specialist market, managing them through the recruitment lifecycle, and maintaining a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
- Client relationships: Building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a trusted advisor and tailoring recruitment solutions to their needs.
- Business development: Driving growth through lead generation, networking, and strategic business development, while showcasing the value MCS Group brings to clients.
- Recruitment process management: Overseeing interviews, providing constructive feedback, managing offers, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
- Mentorship: Supporting junior consultants by sharing knowledge, best practices, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
