Job Description:
We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Crone Corkill at a genuinely exciting point in our journey. As we celebrate our upcoming 50th anniversary, we’re building on five decades of connecting exceptional talent with leading businesses while laying the foundations for our next chapter of growth, including our future global expansion. It’s an exciting time to join, giving you the backing of a larger, forward-thinking group while retaining the close-knit, high-performing culture that makes Crone Corkill so special.
You’ll be joining a highly experienced, long-standing team of consultants who truly collaborate, support one another, and celebrate success together. It’s an environment where people have each other’s backs, knowledge is shared, and success is built as a team.
Based in our London office (with a flexible hybrid model: Mon–Wed in office, Thu–Fri from home), this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a Business Support Temporary desk, specialising in high-quality placements across Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, and Secretarial roles. With strong brand recognition already in place, you’ll have the platform to build, shape, and grow your own desk, combining business development with relationship-led delivery in a competitive but opportunity-rich market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
