Salary: Highly competitive base + uncapped commission (up to 25%) + equity/share options + bonuses

We are now hiring founding-level consultants to help scale this division.
This is not a typical recruitment role. It is an opportunity to build and shape a new division within a growing, tech-focused group.

The Role
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment across AI, Data, and Software markets
- Partner with startups, scale-ups, and high-growth tech businesses as a trusted advisor
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Source and engage high-calibre candidates using advanced tools and your network
- Drive business development, expanding the client base and opening new opportunities
- Contribute to the growth and direction of a new and evolving division
About You
- Proven experience in tech recruitment (AI, Data, Software, or similar markets)
- Strong business development track record
- Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven
- Passion for technology, AI, and innovation
- Experience working with startups or scale-ups is advantageous
