Senior Recruitment Consultant
SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Location: Gillingham – ME7 area
Salary: £32,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Kingdom Group is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build strong client relationships, drive new business, and support the development of recruitment colleagues.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and developing existing client accounts while securing new business Delivering the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates Supporting and mentoring Recruitment Consultants Planning and managing daily recruitment activity to achieve targets Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems Attending client meetings, site visits, and networking events Monitoring market trends and competitor activity Ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation and company standards

What We’re Looking For
Proven recruitment experience with a strong billing track record Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Leadership qualities with the ability to support and develop others Strong organisational and time management skills Good IT skills and attention to detail Full UK driving licence Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
