Senior Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy and Finance
Overview
Join a high performing specialist team focused on Accountancy & Finance. You will work with established corporate clients and vibrant finance teams across permanent and interim assignments. This role suits an experienced recruiter who is commercially minded, client focussed and keen to drive growth within a trusted brand.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and finance professionals across accounts including practice, industry and corporate finance teams.

Lead the end to end recruitment process: role briefing, candidate sourcing, screening, interview preparation, offer negotiation and onboarding.

Deliver a high quality candidate experience while managing multiple vacancies to agreed SLAs and commercial targets.

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using databases, networking, social channels and market mapping.

Provide market insight and salary benchmarking to clients; advise on hiring strategy and candidate attraction.

Achieve and exceed individual billings and KPI targets and contribute to team revenue growth.

Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practice and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Skills
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within accountancy and finance or professional services.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
-
Commercially driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding billing targets.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident approach to business development.
-
Organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience of using ATS/CRMs and digital sourcing tools; competent with MS Office.
