Senior Recruitment Consultant - Energy, Engineering & Infrastructure (EE&I)

Henley-on-Thames | Hybrid (2 days in the office) | Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Energy, Engineering & Infrastructure division.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own specialist market, building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Winning new business and developing key accounts
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers and specialist candidates
  • Becoming a recognised expert within your market
  • Delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience

As your desk grows, you'll transition into a more client-focused role, supported by our experienced Delivery team, allowing you to focus on business development and strategic account growth.

Alongside your manager, you'll also have the support of a dedicated Sales Coach, working with you on business development strategy, client meetings and commercial development to help you reach your full potential.

What We're Looking For

We're looking to speak with experienced Recruitment Consultants who are ready to build something exceptional.

You'll ideally have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience within agency recruitment, executive search or specialist staffing
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding billing targets
  • Strong business development and client management experience
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-motivated, resilient and commercially focused approach
  • Experience recruiting within a specialist, candidate-short or highly competitive market would be advantageous

Previous experience recruiting within Energy, Engineering & Infrastructure isn't essential.

We're far more interested in your recruitment expertise, commercial ability and appetite to build relationships. If you've built a successful desk in another specialist market, we'll provide the coaching, market knowledge and support to help you become an expert in ours.
