Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performing GPS desk
- Source and place candidates:
- Graduate level
- Up to Director/Partner level
- Develop relationships with:
- Consultancies
- Lenders
- Developers
- Public sector clients
- Deliver high-quality shortlists and market insights
- Drive revenue growth and repeat business

- Proven track record of billing in a 360 Recruitment role
- Strong business development skills
