Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, your role includes:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and acquiring high-value clients to securing successful placements across diverse industries.
- Building and deepening strategic client relationships, offering consultative advice to meet their hiring needs.
- Leveraging Michael Page’s global resources, databases, and industry insights to source and match top-tier candidates, maintaining a trusted talent pipeline.
- Proactively identifying and acting on business development opportunities, including:
- Expanding existing accounts
- Establishing new client relationships

Requirements
We’re seeking candidates with:
- 18+ months of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in managing high-value accounts.
- Strong business development skills, including:
- A proactive, strategic approach to client acquisition
- Excellent relationship management
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
