Senior Recruitment Consultant

As demand for our services continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter to join our high-performing team.
The Role
This is a delivery-focused, immersive (180) role specialising in identifying and engaging engineering talent for AI, Software Engineering, and related opportunities across the US market. You’ll have immediate access to live vacancies, established client relationships, and the opportunity to earn commission from day one, with a clear pathway into a 360 Consultant role.

About You
We're looking for recruits who can demonstrate:
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 12 months' recruitment experience across tech hiring disciplines • Experience recruiting within one or more of the following markets:
- AI & Machine Learning
- Data & Analytics
- Software Engineering
- DevOps & Infrastructure
- Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Other relevant technology recruitment specialisms
• A proven track record of successful delivery • Strong candidate relationship-building skills and client management capabilities • High standards, commercial awareness, and a strong work ethic
