SSA Recruitment are a leading Construction Recruitment Company with the head office in London and a number of global offices in Canada, US, Ireland, UAE & Australia. We pride ourselves in building close relationships with clients and delivering on their needs.
We are now looking for an exceptionally motivated Recruiter to join our business to work within an expanding division—a significant opportunity for a driven recruiter who wants to make their mark in the sector. We offer real training & support, blogging towards senior management of the business.
With our core values of Integrity, Cohesion & Passion, we’re providing a genuine and current opportunity for either an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or a Recruitment Specialist looking to step up. The Position
Your daily routine will be highly varied, but core responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients to identify recruitment needs
- Advertising, managing, and handling candidate responses
- Hosting meetings with both candidates and clients
- Sourcing and presenting suitable candidate CVs for your assigned clients
- Negotiating employment offers and issuing contracts to successful candidates
- Attending networking events
