To stay ahead of the market, we're building a dedicated Data Centre recruitment vertical within our Europe Energy business, creating a specialist team focused on one of the world's fastest-growing sectors.
This is an opportunity to become part of something from the ground up, helping establish NES Fircroft as a market-leading recruitment partner across the Data Centre project lifecycle—from design and construction through to commissioning, operations and maintenance.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop a Specialist Market Build and grow your own Data Centre recruitment desk across Europe, developing expertise within one of the fastest-growing infrastructure sectors globally.

Deliver Technical Talent Identify, engage and place highly skilled engineering and technical professionals across contract recruitment assignments throughout the Data Centre project lifecycle.

Advanced Talent Attraction Utilise sophisticated sourcing strategies including Boolean searching, headhunting, talent intelligence and detailed market mapping to engage niche technical talent.

What We're Looking For
-
Recruitment Experience Experience delivering contract or permanent recruitment within technical, engineering, infrastructure or related markets.

Market Curiosity Previous experience recruiting within Data Centres is advantageous but not essential. Experience across Energy, Engineering, Construction, Renewables, Power or Technology is equally welcome.

Business Development Mindset Confident developing new client relationships while growing existing accounts through a consultative approach.

Advanced Sourcing Skills Demonstrated ability to identify and engage specialist talent through proactive search methodologies.

Commercial Awareness Able to understand client challenges and provide recruitment solutions that support long-term business objectives.

Relationship Builder Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
