The opportunity
- Initially, you'll be building and developing your own desk, giving you the opportunity to create something of your own while being fully supported by two experienced founders and a team.
What they're looking for
- You MUST have:
- Previous experience as a Permanent 360 Recruitment Consultant. Ideally over 2 years.
- A background in professional services or another specialist white-collar recruitment sector.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence taking detailed client briefs and managing the full recruitment process.
- Excellent headhunting and candidate networking abilities.
- A consultative, ethical approach to recruitment.

Package
- £35,000–£38,000 basic salary DOE
- Excellent uncapped commission structure:
- 20% over £5,000 monthly billings rising to 30%
- Hybrid working (3 office / 2 home).
- 9:00am–5:00 pm working hours.
