🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance (Temp)
Location: Reading
Specialism: Senior Finance (Temp / Interim)
Focus: Finance Directors, Financial Controllers, Management Accountants, Financial Accountants, Finance Analysts
Salary: £38,423 - £45,000 + uncapped commission

Part of a wider strategic push to increase temporary revenue, this role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who can build, influence and scale a high-value interim desk within a supported and evolving structure.

You’ll operate in the senior interim finance market, working on impactful roles while building a consistent daybook and establishing yourself as a market specialist. With strong leadership support and a clearer strategy in place, this role offers real scope to influence direction and performance.
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced recruitment consultant (essential)
- Strong background in temp or contract recruitment
- Ideally experience within finance or professional services
- Strong business development and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence operating at a senior, consultative level
