Location: Liverpool Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday Salary: DOE & Commission

The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of your own desk, driving and maintaining new business growth. You’ll be responsible for developing long-term client partnerships, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions, and consistently achieving strong billing performance.

This role is suited to an experienced consultant who is confident managing key accounts, generating revenue, and operating with a high level of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving new business through strategic sales activity and market mapping
- Managing and developing key client accounts
- Delivering the full 360 recruitment cycle at a high standard
- Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships
- Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Negotiating terms, fees, and complex offers
- Managing and developing candidate pipelines effectively
- Acting as a trusted advisor within your specialist market
- Supporting and mentoring junior consultants, where appropriate

Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Strong billing history and consistent performance
- Commercially driven with a strategic mindset
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Confident negotiator with strong influencing ability
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- A proactive, ambitious, and self-motivated individual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
