Senior Recruitment Consultant – EU TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification)

Location: Blackfriars, London, EC4Y 0DS

The Opportunity

As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Engineering division, specialising in the European Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) market. We're particularly interested in recruiters with experience in the TIC sector. However, we'd also love to hear from high-performing consultants from Engineering, White Collar Construction, Technical, or other specialist recruitment markets who are looking to build a long-term career within one of Europe's fastest-growing industries.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building and growing your own specialist market across the European TIC sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement and account management.
  • Building long-term partnerships with Testing, Inspection & Certification businesses across Europe.
  • Sourcing and engaging high-quality technical and commercial professionals through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Developing new client relationships while expanding existing accounts.
  • Managing interview processes, offer negotiations, and successful candidate onboarding.
  • Becoming a recognised market expert by providing clients with valuable insight including salary benchmarking, competitor mapping, talent intelligence, and hiring trends.
  • Representing X4 as a trusted recruitment partner within your specialist market.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for ambitious recruiters who enjoy building relationships, winning business, and developing specialist market knowledge.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within the European TIC recruitment market.
  • OR
  • A proven track record recruiting within Engineering/White Collar Construction or another specialist recruitment sector.
  • Experience managing the full 360 recruitment process.
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills.
  • A consultative approach with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • The drive to build a successful desk and maximise your earning potential.
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
