Senior Recruitment Consultant – Treasury (Perm & Temp) – London
The Opportunity
Due to ongoing growth within our Senior Finance division, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Consultant to take ownership of our Treasury recruitment desk, covering both permanent and temporary hiring across London, with potential to expand nationally.
The desk focuses on mid-to-senior Treasury appointments across a broad range of organisations, including FTSE-listed businesses, multinational corporates, private equity–backed groups, and high-growth companies. Typical hires include roles such as Treasury Manager, Head of Treasury, and Group Treasurer. This is a commercially important, relationship-driven market where clients value deep insight, advisory capability, and genuine subject-matter expertise.
You will inherit a warm, well-established desk with:
- Strong brand presence,
- Consistent demand,
- Autonomy to shape and grow the Treasury offering further.
Both permanent and temporary hiring continue to increase, offering:
- Dual-stream revenue opportunities,
- Long-term stability in a high-value niche.
There is also significant scope to build this desk nationally, leveraging existing relationships and expanding into major UK hubs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the freedom to operate with autonomy, backed by a highly experienced leadership team and a supportive group of colleagues. Your role will include:
- Running a 360 desk across both permanent and temporary Treasury roles.
- Providing specialist, consultative advice to senior-level candidates.
- Developing and delivering effective business development and sales plans.
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process to an advanced level.
- Leading by example through strong performance, activity, and attitude.
- Building and maintaining market intelligence within the Treasury space.
- Contributing to wider team initiatives and cross-functional projects.
