RECSEEKERS is working in exclusive partnership to appoint an experienced Finance recruiter into a business that's been doing things differently for over twenty years. Founded in 2003, still privately owned, still self-financed, still run by people who care more about doing recruitment well than hitting numbers for someone else's shareholders. That matters, because it means the culture you're joining is the actual culture, not a version dressed up for investors.
You'd be stepping into a genuinely established Finance desk, 20+ years connecting accountancy and finance professionals with some of the UK's most dynamic businesses, from ambitious SMEs to listed blue-chips across Commerce, Financial Services and Private Equity. Over 300 active clients and a reputation built on relationships, not volume. This isn't a desk you're building from cold, it's one you're stepping into with real weight behind it.

The role
- Step into an established Finance desk with 20+ years of market reputation behind it, across Commerce, Financial Services and Private Equity
- Up to 40% of your total billings through a 6-monthly top-up bonus, fully meritocratic, clear thresholds
- Genuine autonomy over your sector, your clients, your relationships, built on 4 Pillars of Ownership rather than management for the sake of it
- Extra cash incentives for billing £100k in any rolling 6-month period
- A defined path to leadership or continued high billing, whichever direction you want your career to go
- For exceptional performers, real conversations about equity and a genuine seat at the table
- A visible, hands-on leadership team who share strategy honestly rather than managing from a distance

- Experienced 360 recruiters with genuine market knowledge and relationships already built.
