Senior Education Recruitment Consultant
Location: South Wales Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 basic + commission
A senior opportunity within a fast-growing, innovative education recruitment business. This role combines hands-on account management and some mentoring responsibilities, supporting a team of Account Managers while driving growth across your own patch.
The Role
- Own and grow a defined local patch with high-value school accounts
- Be the main point of contact for key schools, managing relationships and engagement
- Support and mentor Account Managers, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Oversee booking levels, candidate presentations, and account performance
- Drive adoption and usage across accounts, focusing on growth and retention rather than only GP margins

Working Pattern
- 4 days office / 1 day work from home (WFH)
- Shift options: 7:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00
- Reduced hours during school holidays (~9:00–15:00)
- Collaborative, non-aggressive culture with minimal on-call
You MUST Have
- Temporary recruitment experience in an education recruitment agency
- Proven account management and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Passionate about adding value, technology, and making a difference
- Holds a valid driving license and has access to a car
