Experienced Further Education Recruitment Consultant | Bristol | Uncapped Commission - 25%

I'm working with a young, energetic and forward-thinking group of education recruitment businesses based in Bristol, with an international presence and a culture genuinely built around wellbeing, support and celebrating success. They're now looking for an experienced Further Education Recruitment Consultant to join the team, with multiple markets available depending on where your strengths and interests lie.

What the role involves
- Taking ownership of a warm, established desk with access to a significant number of tier 1 PSL relationships
- Managing the full recruitment cycle across further education, from business development through to placement
- Building and developing relationships with colleges, training providers and further education clients
- Sourcing, screening and placing high quality candidates into further education roles
- Working across multiple available markets, with flexibility depending on your background and preferences
- Hitting and exceeding billing targets in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Contributing to a genuinely supportive, energetic team culture
