The Opportunity

We’re looking for high-performing Senior Consultants to powerhouse our Marketing, Digital, and Creative divisions.

You’ll have the freedom to run your own desk, build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and work alongside some of the industry’s most talented recruiters. We are focused on targeting high margin business and expanding key accounts. This year we have invested heavily in our tech stack, automations and AI so you can spend more time focused on the relationships in recruitment – providing a professional service to clients and a great candidate experience to job seekers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates across the marketing, digital and creative sector.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing lasting partnerships with brands.
  • Expanding client accounts and cross selling opportunities to other teams.
  • Providing tailored solutions and expert advice to clients.
  • Championing the Major Players brand through excellent service and strong personal branding.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of strong billing revenue.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for the creative industries.
  • Someone forward thinking who can utilise automations and AI in their processes.
