Senior Recruitment Consultant - GTM SaaS

Senior Executive Search Consultant (Headhunting) – B2B SaaS – Leeds, UK

Location: Leeds, UK (on-site) – must be Leeds-based or in a commutable location to our office.

Responsibilities

This isn't a typical recruitment role—it’s a consultative sales position where you’ll leverage your deep understanding of SaaS to connect exceptional GTM professionals with innovative companies. Your days will be varied and impactful, focusing on:

  • Client Consultation: Understand client needs to identify critical GTM hiring requirements.

  • Account Growth: Expand partnerships within existing accounts and win new mandates.

  • Executive Search: Identify and engage senior candidates for client opportunities.

  • Stakeholder Management: Conduct regular calls to discuss feedback and new candidates.

  • Negotiation & Influence: Navigate offer negotiations and influence key decisions.

  • Candidate Profiling: Refine understanding of our Ideal Candidate Profile.

  • Business Development: Proactively build new client relationships with SaaS start-ups.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is not only a fantastic sales professional but also deeply understands the SaaS landscape and has a true passion for people.

  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven experience, preferably within SaaS/tech.
  • People-Skills: People-centric with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Driven: Motivated by reward and personal progression.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Determined and proactive.
  • Resilient: Outgoing, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Competitive drive balanced with a collaborative spirit.
