About The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you'll join a team of recruiters who are specialists in their niche markets. Your role will involve managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, providing an exceptional level of service to clients and candidates alike.
You can also expect to be involved in a range of business development and networking activities to help us build stronger client relationships—attracting both new and existing ones. Your mission will be to establish a robust pipeline of high-calibre candidates within your sector so we can match the right people to the right roles.
The role sits within our Sales desk as part of our wider Tech division.
Our focus is on placing senior sales talent for:
- C-suite and C-1 level roles
- Some of the UK’s top AI SaaS businesses
- Large enterprise organisations across:
- Health tech
- Fintech
- Martech
- Cyber
- RecTech
- B2B SaaS
These aren't volume roles; they’re high-impact, high-visibility hires, where fees align precisely with seniority. The desk has grown rapidly, offering a strong pipeline of opportunities right from day one.

- Build deep relationships with clients

Manage client recruitment processes:
- Write and place job ads
- Produce weekly mail shots
- Conduct targeted head hunting

Source and match candidates:

- Ensure alignment between candidates and client roles
