What You’ll Do
Drive business development across your chosen technical vertical. Expand services within existing clients while building new client relationships Leverage your network and market expertise to create new business opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insight and tailored recruitment solutions. Collaborate closely with peers across SoCode to share knowledge and cross-sell opportunities. Begin taking on mentoring responsibilities as you develop toward a future leadership role.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a recruiter within one or more of our core verticals. Ambition to progress into leadership, whether that’s mentoring, strategy, or eventually managing a team. Commercially minded with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach. Action-oriented and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. Strong communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills. Organised, strategic, and able to prioritise effectively. A trusted partner who operates with professionalism, integrity, and commitment.
