Our core markets include Financial Services and Law where perm fees average at over 50k, and go up to 500k. We are 80% contingent, 20% retained. With offices in London, Manchester, New York and Los Angeles, we are continuing to scale our London team and looking to hire Recruitment Consultants (with 1-10 yrs experience) from any sector, who have a proven track record of consistent billing, originating business and building long-term client relationships and are looking to join a growing business with growing desks in very lucrative markets. Our London team services our global clients and focusses extensively on our USA client base.

- Grow and lead a warm desk within our existing sectors (we have over 100 signed clients we are looking to allocate) and change from their current industry or
- Bring and develop their own market, supported by our brand, infrastructure and global platform.
The Role
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will operate in a true 360 capacity, with a strong emphasis on business development and client ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Origination and development of new client relationships
- Full lifecycle 360 recruitment across permanent roles
- Managing and expanding existing client accounts
- Candidate and client mapping within your market
- Sourcing new roles
- Billing consistently
- Building market expertise and developing a personal brand within your specialist sector
- Hiring and training juniors to assist with execution, where appropriate
- Contributing to team culture
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience within any recruitment sector. We are open to candidates with up to 10 years experience.
- Demonstrated billing success
- Proven track record of new business generation and client origination
- Must be highly motivated, commercially driven, able to meet strict deadlines and KPIs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment

- Competitive base salary (DOE, up to £70,000pa) + 45% uncapped commission structure
