Artemis Human Capital, established in 2014, specialises in both Executive and Professional Level recruitment. Operating across the island of Ireland we are market leaders in Executive Search, Accountancy and Finance, HR, Legal and Business Services Recruitment.

Due to continued success and expansion we are looking to add to our team in the Republic of Ireland. We are recruiting for our finance recruitment division but will consider those coming from other disciplines.

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or a Recruitment Consultant, dependant on experience. This role is perfect for a driven, 360 recruiter who excels at managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to successful candidate placement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run a full 360 recruitment desk: generate new business, manage client accounts, source and place candidates.
  • Proactively identify and secure new clients through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Attend networking events and develop deep client relationships.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for each role.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding.
  • Track activity and results using CRM/ATS systems and meet set KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a 360/full-desk recruitment.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Skilled in using sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS).
  • Integrity and good team player
