Senior Recruitment Consultant – Insurance
London | £40,000 - £65,000 + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits
Recruiting across General Insurance, Broking, Underwriting, Claims, Risk or London Market?
If you're an experienced 360 recruiter who enjoys building relationships, winning business and developing your own market, we'd love to speak with you.
Permanent People are partnering with several established recruitment businesses across London who are continuing to invest despite a competitive market. They're looking for experienced consultants who want greater earning potential, stronger leadership and genuine opportunities to progress.
Whether your background is within Commercial Insurance, General Insurance, London Market, Specialty Lines, Claims, Underwriting, Risk, Compliance or Broking, we'd be keen to discuss opportunities that match your experience.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of a specialist insurance recruitment desk, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to candidate delivery.

Depending on the business, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Build and develop your own specialist market.
- Work retained, contingent or exclusive assignments.
- Recruit permanent, contract or executive-level professionals.
- Develop long-term client partnerships with insurers, brokers and consultancies.
- Mentor junior consultants as your career progresses.
- Work within an established team with strong infrastructure and market reputation.
We're Looking For
- Proven experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
- Previous recruitment experience within the Insurance sector.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- A track record of consistent billings and commercial success.
- Ambition to develop your career within a high-performing recruitment business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
