Senior Recruitment Consultant – Data, AI & Machine Learning
📍 London (Shoreditch HQ) | 🌍 Hybrid working
💸 £35,000 – £45,000 basic + uncapped commission

At Arrows Group, we’re experts in helping companies build the teams that shape the future. As part of our continued growth, we’re hiring two experienced 360 recruiters to own and scale Emerging Tech desks across Data, AI and Machine Learning, covering one UK-focused desk and one Dutch-market desk. You'll be joining a collaborative, high performing environment with the support, flexibility and earning potential to thrive.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and grow a Data/AI/ML desk (contract or perm), with access to warm clients and high-value roles
- Build and manage relationships with top tech talent and hiring teams
- Drive new business and expand your client network across the UK & Europe
- Sell tailored recruitment solutions such as contingent, retainers, SOW and embedded solutions to clients
- Deliver best-in-class service across the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Stay ahead of market trends and build your personal brand within the data space

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role (tech preferred)
- Proven billings and success against targets
- Strong BD and client acquisition skills
- Passion for Data, AI, or emerging technologies
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a team-first attitude
