Senior Recruitment Consultant – Design (UK and Europe)
Location: Portsmouth Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum + commission
We represent a specialist recruitment business that has established itself as a trusted partner to leading Design Professionals, working with creative companies across the UK and Europe.
This company prides itself on steady growth under credible and down-to-earth leadership. With a strong luxury client base and high-value assignments (average fees range from £7,000–£15,000), the team is now seeking a Seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their small, collaborative Design Recruitment team.

What We Are Looking For:
✔ Minimum 2 years’ professional recruitment experience, with flexible sector knowledge preferred. ✔ A consultative, relationship-driven approach with natural curiosity and people skills. ✔ Resilience, professionalism, and the ability to deliver at a high level consistently. ✔ A strong career history with clear evidence of personal and professional development. ✔ An interest in the Design industry, ideally with a desire to work with luxury clients internationally.
