Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission (Up to 35%)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in building and scaling our AI recruitment division.
You will focus on placing commercial and go-to-market talent across the AI ecosystem, partnering with founders, venture capital-backed businesses, and high-growth technology companies. Working alongside experienced industry specialists, you will inherit warm client relationships while also developing your own market presence and network.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who wants to become a recognised expert within one of the fastest-growing sectors in technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a specialist AI Go-to-Market recruitment desk.
- Partner with the world’s most innovative AI start-ups & scale-ups to deliver exceptional hiring solutions.
- Recruit across commercial functions including:
- Enterprise Sales
- Account Executives
- Partnerships and Alliances
- Marketing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders, investors, and hiring leaders.
- Generate new business opportunities while growing existing client accounts.
- Source, engage, and manage high-calibre candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on market trends, talent strategy, and hiring best practices.
- Attend and represent Scout Global at industry conferences, networking events, and global client meetings.
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the AI practice.
About You
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within technology, AI, SaaS, Data, or Go-to-Market markets.
- Strong business development and client management capabilities.
- Demonstrable success in permanent recruitment and desk growth.
- Commercially driven with a consultative approach.
- Passionate about emerging technology and the AI landscape.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to progress into leadership or specialist market expert roles.
