Senior Recruitment Consultant
Pharmaceutical | MedTech | Biotechnology | US Manufacturing Markets
Must come directly from a recruitment agency background
There comes a point in a recruiter’s career where the question changes.
Not “Can I bill?”
But “How far can I take this if I’m in the right environment?”
At Ace Partners, we work with recruiters who have already proven they can perform, and are now looking for something more deliberate, more specialist, and more rewarding.
We are a global headhunting firm operating exclusively across Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotechnology manufacturing markets in the United States, where average fees sit at $25K per placement.
This is a niche that rewards depth over volume. Expertise over activity. And consistency over noise.
Where You’ll Sit
You’ll join a 17-person high-performance team that operates like a specialist trading floor, but with structure, support, and real development behind it.
This is a team where:
- Average productivity sits at $25K per head per quarter
- Experienced consultants consistently clear £100K+ quarterly billing
- Top performers regularly take home £10K-£15K+ monthly bonuses
- Growth is based on output
We don’t overcomplicate success here. If you build relationships, understand your market, and execute consistently, you will earn exceptionally well.
The Market You’ll Own
You will operate in critical US manufacturing/medtech sectors, working with international clients. Your desk is built around:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
