Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location: London, WC1V 6HG Salary: £40,000.00–£45,000.00 per year Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (Mon–Wed in office, Thu–Fri from home)
About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Crone Corkill as part of a dynamic phase of growth within the Tatton Recruitment Group. You’ll benefit from the backing of a forward-thinking organisation while maintaining a high-performing, collaborative culture.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a permanent desk in Business Support recruitment, specialising in placements for Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, and Secretarial roles. With Crone Corkill’s established brand recognition, you’ll build, shape, and grow your own desk through a mix of business development and relationship-led consultancy in a competitive yet rewarding market.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities include:
- Own your desk’s business growth – Proactively approach new clients or expand services to existing ones.
- Provide high-touch consultancy – Deliver face-to-face visits and maintain regular engagement for long-term client satisfaction.
- Source and place exceptional talent – Identify and recruit top candidates for permanent Business Support roles (EA, PA, Secretaries).
- Engage with C-Suite stakeholders – Understand clients’ strategic needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
- Drive performance – Consistently meet and exceed targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.

About You
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with:
- Demontrable senior experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency setting, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Sector-specific expertise in Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, and Secretaries.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- A consultative sales mindset, blending relationship-building with business development:
- Generating new client opportunities.
- Expanding existing client relationships.
- Delivering customised recruitment solutions.
