Recruitment Consultant (Delivery/270) - Remote & Flexible
Up to £35k DOE + uncapped commission!
Our client is a fast-scaling recruitment business, sister company to a well-established and highly successful staffing group. They connect top-tier recruitment professionals with leading businesses across the UK & US and they're now looking for a driven 360 consultant to join their growing team.
This is a remote role, working across warm/managed accounts with real earning potential and a genuinely social, high-performing culture.
The role:
- A 270-style position - predominantly delivery-focused, with ownership of your own key accounts
- Managing candidate sales processes end-to-end, with a consultative (not phone-bashing) approach
- Building and nurturing relationships with high-calibre candidates and client partners
- Working within a supportive, structured environment with genuine autonomy

What you'll need:
- 2-3 years' commercial recruitment experience
- A background in sales recruitment is ideal, though other sectors will be considered
- Self-motivation to thrive in a remote setup, balanced by regular team interaction
