Watts Associates is looking for an experienced senior recruiter to join us remotely from London or Essex working exclusively within the AmLaw 200 space and placing talent into some of the most prestigious law firms in the USA.

Our pay structure beats the competition, our pipeline of leads is second to none, our billing figures rank among the best in the industry and our team consistently puts in more effort than most agencies in this space.

Highlights

  • OTE: 200k+
  • Base salary: 25k-60k (depending on experience)
  • Ongoing daily coaching covering AmLaw 200 firm hierarchies and practice area nuances
  • A client base most recruiters only dream of (AmLaw 100/200 firms, top boutiques, and Fortune 500 in-house counsel teams)
  • 100+ warm candidate leads weekly, spanning senior associate through to partner level
  • 20+ new client leads coming in every week from elite US firms

  • A dedicated business development team maintaining relationships at the top of the market

  • Working hours are built around US client coverage: 10:00-19:00 Monday to Thursday, with a shorter day on Fridays
  • This is relationship-driven, consultative recruitment at the top end of the market and not a high-volume cold-calling desk
  • There's a proven process in place, and it needs to be followed closely
  • Earning potential is exceptional and you'll be working alongside some of the biggest names in global law, but this role demands consistency, polish, and a genuine always-on mentality
