We’re hiring a Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant to join one of the specialist brands within 11 Investments, focusing on commercial and consulting markets across the UK and US. This is an opportunity to step into a high-performing, collaborative environment with strong market positioning, established client relationships, and real growth momentum.

The Role
As a 360 Consultant, you will:
- Build and manage a network of high-quality clients and candidates
- Develop new business while growing existing accounts
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle
- Lead complex negotiations and close deals
- Act as a market expert and thought leader
- Collaborate with your team to deliver on targets
- Mentor and support junior consultants
- Represent and promote the 11 Investments brand

🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in agency recruitment (360 model)
- Strong track record of hitting individual and team revenue targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High levels of motivation and accountability
- Commercial mindset with a desire to grow market share
- A collaborative, feedback-driven approach
- Someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment and mentoring others
