We’re a leading recruitment agency looking for driven individuals to join our IT team. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll cover the full recruitment process—from sourcing candidates to building client relationships.

Your future responsibilities: Build and grow your own client portfolio through business development and sales calls, generating new relationships and expanding existing accounts. Source, screen, and present qualified IT talent tailored to client requirements, leveraging our database, job boards, applications, and online tools. Write engaging job advertisements to attract the right talent and develop your own network of skilled IT professionals. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.

What we’re looking for: Experience in IT permanent recruitment, covering both new business development and recruiting, with a strong understanding of the IT talent market. Proven track record of building and growing client relationships, winning new business, and managing key accounts. Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates using databases, job boards, and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
