Senior Recruitment Consultant – Social Media Freelance Desk

London | 3 days a week in office
£32,000 - £43,000 depending on experience + commission

Social media is one of the most exciting, fast-moving markets out there. And right now, it's one of the hottest markets at Major Players.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a career recruiting in this space, sitting alongside one of our top billers and learning from the best while carving out their own patch.

What you'll actually be doing

  • You'll be running your own 360 desk, which means sourcing, pitching, interviewing, negotiating, and closing, placing brilliant people into brilliant roles like social media managers, social media strategists, content creators and influencer managers.
  • One day you're placing a strategist for indie agency, the next you're helping an entertainment brand build out their content team. No two weeks look the same.
  • You'll be working directly alongside one of our top billers, someone who knows this market inside out and is genuinely invested in helping you get up to speed fast.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
