🇺🇸 Senior/Principal 360 Recruiter | US Market | Manchester | Up to 50% Commission

If you're an experienced recruiter looking for something a little different, this could be the opportunity for you.

I'm working with a boutique recruitment business based in Manchester city centre that's built its reputation recruiting exclusively across the US market. They're just over two years old, have a team of seven, and are continuing to grow organically.

Their markets sit at the intersection of AI, advanced engineering and emerging technology, partnering with businesses across sectors including HealthTech, ClimateTech, Geospatial Intelligence and Autonomous Systems.

These are genuinely untapped markets. The team recently attended industry events in the US where they were the only recruitment business present, giving them access to clients and talent with very little competition.

The Role

They're looking for an experienced 360 recruiter who enjoys building relationships, winning business and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
