Principal Recruitment Consultant | Technology | US Desk | London

Competitive base (DOE) + uncapped commission (10-50%, no threshold)

RECSEEKERS has partnered exclusively with a valued partner to appoint an experienced recruiter into a specialist Technology desk, a well-established, community-led tech recruitment business currently scaling its US Technology division.

This isn't a business hiring to fill headcount. Our partner is a B Corp certified, Investors in People Platinum staffing business with offices across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and the US. You'd be joining a genuinely international platform with a proven model already working across multiple markets, backed by real infrastructure rather than a business finding its feet.

You'll be working across high-growth technology markets, including Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Infrastructure, and Product, partnering with some of the most exciting technology businesses across the US. It's a full 360 desk, yours to build end to end: business development, candidate delivery, client relationships, with genuine autonomy to shape your own patch.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
