Our client base spans across Music, Entertainment, and Media clients. We are based in the heart of Wimbledon, and we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Full autonomy across your client base. You will be working with some of the biggest global brands as well as independents, start-ups, and everything in-between.
- Ability to identify and present candidate shortlists to clients in a timely fashion.
- Developing key client and candidate relationships within your chosen specialist sector.
- Identifying opportunities, cross-selling, and developing your sector.
- Advising clients on recruitment processes and best practice.

The Ideal Candidate
- Prior recruitment experience.
- A track record supporting clients and providing recruitment advisory.
- A real desire to develop your recruitment career.
- Superb communication skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
