Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant

Data Centre Construction & Engineering

Hybrid – London

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission - OTE yr 1 £75k-£100k, year 2 - No limits.

The Data Centre market continues to be one of the fastest-growing sectors globally, with billions of pounds, euros and dollars being invested annually into new hyperscale, colocation and enterprise developments across Europe, US and the rest of the world.

As demand continues to accelerate, PRS Recruitment Services is investing in the expansion of its established Data Centre division and is seeking an experienced Data Centre Construction & Engineering Recruiter to develop and lead a dedicated recruitment offering focused on the design, construction, commissioning and delivery of new-build data centre projects.

This is not simply another recruitment role.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a specialist market segment, build a division around your expertise, establish long-term client relationships and ultimately recruit and lead your own team as the business grows.

This role offers the autonomy and support to create a specialist business unit focused on one of the most lucrative recruitment sectors in Europe, the World today.

Who We're Looking For

We are specifically seeking an individual who is already operating within the Data Centre Construction and Engineering recruitment market.

You will possess:

  • Proven experience recruiting within the Data Centre construction sector
  • Existing relationships with contractors, developers, consultancies and end-users
  • Strong knowledge of the Data Centre project lifecycle from design through to commissioning and handover
  • A network of candidates across construction, engineering, commissioning and project delivery disciplines
  • A track record of business development and successful client acquisition
  • The ambition to build, scale and ultimately lead a specialist recruitment team

We are less concerned about job title and more interested in market credibility, relationships and sector expertise.

Whether you currently operate as a Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Business Manager or Team Leader, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow PRS's Data Centre Construction & Engineering recruitment offering
  • Build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and end-users across Europe
  • Generate new business opportunities and secure strategic client partnerships
  • Deliver permanent and contract recruitment solutions across the project lifecycle
  • Develop a network of construction, engineering, commissioning and project delivery professionals
  • Build a sustainable desk with long-term growth potential
  • Support future hiring, mentoring and development of additional consultants
  • Become a recognised specialist within the European Data Centre construction market
