Senior Recruitment Coordinator – Leadership
We are supporting a global tech organisation
6 months contract – 40 hours per week – £32 per hour Inside IR35 Umbrella – 2 days onsite in the Manchester office – (This is £256 per day Inside IR35 Umbrella)

What You’ll Do:
- Manage multi-stage interview processes for senior and executive candidates across multiple time zones.
- Act as a trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
- Oversee interview scheduling, logistics, travel, and visa arrangements for top-tier candidates.
- Prepare interview materials, facilitate debriefs, and ensure timely feedback through our ATS.
- Maintain exceptional data accuracy and compliance across all reporting platforms.
- Lead initiatives to improve workflows, enhance candidate and stakeholder experience, and support global strategic projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in recruitment coordination, executive support, or similar operational roles within a multinational or fast-paced setting.
- Deep understanding of interview scheduling, candidate management, and large-scale recruitment operations.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership and external partners.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to prioritise independently and deliver results efficiently.
- Passion for creating a world-class candidate experience and operational excellence.

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of global mobility, visa procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and executive search firms.
- Familiarity with HR systems and data analysis tools.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ experience in recruitment support or coordination roles, ideally in a global environment.
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment systems and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel occasionally for global projects or meetings.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity and equity.
