Senior Regional Field Team Manager – Samsung Partnership
[Location] Ideal Location: Oxford, United Kingdom (OX1)
[Territory Coverage] Cambridge, Cardiff, Oxford, Portsmouth, Southampton, London, and surrounding areas
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: £55,000 plus 15% bonus (annual)
- Up to £69,250 total package

About the Role

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Senior Regional Team Manager to join our team, driving sales and customer engagement across key retail territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales strategy: Deliver regional sales, share, and customer engagement objectives as part of Samsung’s retail sales programme.
- Team leadership: Report to the Senior Account Manager, managing a geographically dispersed team of Area Sales Managers to improve:
- Sales performance
- Promoter effectiveness
- Retailer advocacy within stores
- Strategic execution: Ensure national strategy is consistently delivered through field leadership, coaching, and retail expertise.
- Talent development: Develop Area Sales Managers to build high-performing territories, improving:
- Customer engagement
- Premium sales performance
- Promoter capability
- Actionable insights: Act as the "eyes and ears" of field operations, providing data-driven updates on:
- Competitor activity
- Retailer behaviour
- Promotional effectiveness
- New commercial opportunities
- Performance optimisation: Lead teams in refining customer experience, retailer engagement, and commercial success.
- Stakeholder relations: Build strong relationships with regional retail managers (Regional Managers, Store Managers) to enhance advocacy.
- Reporting & analytics: Draft weekly and quarterly client reports, delivering:
- Regional insights
- Performance analysis
- Data-driven recommendations

Who You Are
- Field sales leadership: Proven experience in managing regional field sales teams in retail or technology sectors.
- Sales & technological expertise: Deep knowledge of retail tech markets, including remote and in-person sales strategies.
- Results-driven: Track record of developing and executing strategies that achieve measurable success.
- Team management: Strong ability to inspire and motivate geographically dispersed teams, fostering high performance.
- Analytics-minded: Skilled at using data to guide and optimise performance.
- Client-focused: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a keen commercial detail orientation.
- Willingness to travel: Ready to travel extensively, including occasional work in the Republic of Ireland.
