About Deepki

Founded in 2014, Deepki is the most trusted sustainability SaaS solution for sustainability in the Real Estate sector.

Its comprehensive platform enables Real Estate stakeholders to manage risk through data-driven insights, improve the financial performance of their assets, meet growing investor expectations and regulatory requirements. It also supports clients in developing clear action plans for both transition and adaptation, while delivering positive financial outcomes.

We are looking for a high-impact, creative Regional Marketing Lead to own our UK&I & APAC marketing engine. You will act as the primary voice of our brand in the region, bridging global strategy with innovative local execution. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious marketer to design the future of Deepki’s footprint, bringing together digital precision, event planning mastery, and a true growth mindset.

London based - hybrid set-up (3 days in office)

Key responsibilities

Strategic regional leadership & alignment

  • Own the regional strategy: act as the primary architect for Deepki’s UK&I & APAC marketing engine, translating global initiatives into a cohesive regional plan that drives pipeline and revenue.
  • Market Positioning: serve as the guardian of Deepki’s reputation in the region. You will localize global strategy, ensuring our value proposition (from sustainability compliance to broad asset performance) resonates with modern real estate and financial stakeholders.
  • Be the voice of the UK&I & APAC market, sharing critical insights with global marketing, delivery, sales, and product teams to shape our regional roadmap.
  • Act as the creative bridge across the organization. You will collaborate seamlessly with Sales, ADR, and Delivery teams, fostering a "one-team" culture that turns cross-functional insights into market-winning collaboration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
